The Innovation Center of the Sports Science Research Institute Joins the Technology and Innovation Department of the National Olympic Committee

The Innovation Center of the Sports Science Research Institute has become a member of the Technology and Innovation Department of the National Olympic Committee.
According to the Public Relations of the SSRI, Dr. Mehdi Rasouli, Head of the Innovation Center of the Institute, and Dr. Fahimeh Mohammad Hassan, a faculty member of the Institute, have been selected as members of the Technology and Innovation Department and have begun their activities.
This department was established with the aim of creating a platform for cooperation between federations, clubs, and other sports institutions and will operate by focusing on utilizing new technologies and artificial intelligence in sports and promoting a culture of innovation.
In their first meeting, the members of the department emphasized the necessity of using innovations and advanced technologies in championship sports and announced their goal as expanding cooperation among sports sector stakeholders and effectively utilizing the capacities of the National Olympic Committee.
It is also planned that this department will work towards establishing a specialized Technology and Innovation Commission and will utilize the proposals, experiences, and solutions of its members to develop this sector.
It is worth mentioning that the presence of the Innovation Center of the Sports Science Research Institute as the scientific and technological arm of the National Olympic Committee will play a significant role in guiding innovative projects and developing technology in the country's sports.
