Responsibilities of the Vice Presidency of Administrative, Financial, and Resource Management Affairs:

1. Communicating and overseeing the implementation of all resolutions, regulations, and bylaws issued by the instituteâpresident to relevant units.

2. Drafting regulations, guidelines, and session agendas related to the responsibilities of the vice presidency for submission to competent authorities.

3. Supervising affiliated units to ensure the proper execution of their duties.

4. Recommending qualified individuals for managerial positions within the vice presidency to the instituteâ president.

5. Collaborating with the Vice Presidency of Research and Postgraduate Studies to achieve the instituteâgoals and programs.

6. Managing and overseeing all administrative, financial, budgetary, and organizational affairs of the institute, in line with approved resolutions, regulations, and bylaws.

7. Directing and monitoring workflows and methods in various units to ensure coordination and alignment with the instituteâexecutive goals.

8. Supervising the allocation and expenditure of funds across units in accordance with the detailed budget approved by the board of trustees, as well as other relevant financial laws and regulations.

9. Evaluating the instituteâ current status by identifying strengths, weaknesses, challenges, opportunities, and threats, and proposing strategies for improvement.

10. Providing necessary analytical reports to the institute president regarding the responsibilities of the supervised units.

11. Conducting major repairs and maintenance of buildings and facilities.

12. Forming committees to develop operational methods for optimizing administrative interactions across units in collaboration with other vice presidencies.

13. Implementing processes to identify revenues and establish controls over financial cycles to prepare financial management reports and promote financial discipline across the institute.

14. Safeguarding public assets and adopting effective policies to reduce costs, avoid extravagance, strengthen administrative discipline, and comply with financial regulations.

15. Developing operational methods for the maintenance of institute buildings and equipment to preserve and sustain national assets.

16. Presenting annual administrative and financial performance reports.

17. Handling additional tasks assigned by the institute’s president.
