The purpose of designing this device is to reduce injury, improve foot performance in gait and increase the skill in double kicks. Multidimensional punching bag is the first punching bag filled with water or air with a completely different design than the usual bags in Iran. In this design, the features of other bags are applied in a special and unique device.

Each of the current existed punching bags (light, heavy, angled, half-body, horizontal, reflex) is used for a specific purpose, and providing all of these items for one person may not be cost-effective or feasible.
