Holding a One-Day Workshop on "The Application of the PEDAR Device in Plantar Pressure Analysis and Diabetic Foot Rehabilitation"

 

A specialized workshop on the application of the PEDAR device in plantar pressure analysis and diabetic foot rehabilitation will be held in a theoretical and practical format on the 10th of Bahman (January 30) for a duration of 8 instructional hours.

According to the public relations report of the Institute of Physical Education and Sports Science, this workshop is designed with the goal of familiarizing health professionals with plantar pressure analysis, data interpretation, and the clinical applications of the PEDAR device in the assessment and rehabilitation of patients, especially those with diabetic foot. Participants will review the scientific foundations and gain practical experience in operating the device, data collection, result analysis, and designing corrective exercises.

Main Workshop Topics:

Introduction to the PEDAR device, its components, and its applications in rehabilitation

Foot biomechanics and physiology, and analysis of abnormal pressures

Review of research and clinical applications of plantar pressure analysis

Practical training on calibration, data recording, and initial analysis

Identifying high-pressure points in the diabetic foot and designing corrective interventions

Advanced applications and final summary
