The National Sports Science Laboratories Complex of the SSRI was officially reopened after renovation and upgrading

The reopening ceremony was held on Sunday, November 16, with the presence of Hojjatoleslam wal-Muslimeen Dr. Abdolhossein Khosropanah, Secretary of the Supreme Council of the Cultural Revolution, Dr. Saeed Habiba, Deputy Minister and Head of the Student Affairs Organization, their deputies, Dr. Fariba Mohammadi, President of the Research Institute, Dr. Taherinia, Secretary of the Science and Technology Headquarters of the Supreme Council of the Cultural Revolution, and other officials.

This complex aims to enhance research capabilities and provide specialized services in sports sciences and promote interdisciplinary research across all sports science fields. The reopening creates new opportunities for scientific and practical research in sports and physical education and fosters interaction among researchers and related scientific centers.

The laboratories, renovated over 500 square meters with state-of-the-art equipment aligned with global standards, provide an excellent platform for research projects, specialized tests, and joint initiatives among universities, sports federations, scientific centers, and industries.

As a specialized reference center in applied sports research, the complex fosters technological and interdisciplinary collaboration among all sports branches, universities, research centers, and federations. It plays a crucial role in developing applied research, improving the quality of sports education and training, enhancing scientific cooperation, and bridging the gap between science and practice in the country's sports sector.
