SSRI is organizing a specialized course titled "Multi-Sport" aimed at enhancing foundational skills and designing specialized training for coaches and enthusiasts

This specialized course, scheduled for the 1st and 2nd of Aban 1403 (October 23-24, 2024), focuses on teaching fundamental skills of racket sports (tennis, badminton) and martial arts (karate and taekwondo) with a scientific approach suitable for the age and capabilities of novice learners.

The main topics covered in this course include:

 Principles and fundamentals of teaching basic skills in racket sports and martial arts.

 Designing and planning specialized exercises and creative games appropriate for the target age group.

 Introducing modern training and learning methods to increase efficiency and appeal in teaching.

 How to evaluate learners' skill levels and provide tailored exercises for each individual.
