Shining Achievement of the SSRI Publications: National Authority in Sport Sciences Confirmed

The scientific journals of the Institute of Sport Sciences and Physical Education have earned the highest "A" rank in the recent evaluation by the Scientific Journals Commission of the Ministry of Science, Research, and Technology, solidifying the institute’s status as the national authority in sport sciences.
According to the Public Relations office of the Institute of Sport Sciences, in the latest evaluation, six journals of the institute received the prestigious A grade, reaffirming its leading role in managing sport sciences publications nationwide.
The six journals awarded the "A" rank are:
Journal of Sports Medicine Studies
Journal of Sports Psychology Studies
Journal of Educational Sport Research
Journal of Motor Behavior
Journal of Sports Management Studies
Journal of Sports Physiology
Dr. Fariba Mohammadi, President of the Institute, stated:
"Achieving the A rank is the result of the unity, expertise, and tireless efforts of editors, editorial board members, reviewers, and publication experts. This accomplishment demonstrates that the Institute of Sport Sciences not only leads in knowledge production and supporting sport sciences researchers but also plays a central role in raising the standards of scientific publishing in the country."
She added:
"Today, over 33% of the country's A-ranked journals in sport sciences belong to this institute, marking a clear sign of our sustainable scientific authority. Over the years, the institute has secured a unique and influential position across various sport science domains and, consistent with the Ministry of Science’s policies, is investing seriously in expanding international indexing and increasing the global impact of our journals."
