On the occasion of the Decade of Dignity, a health monitoring and body composition assessment program was held for the staff of the Islamic Culture and Communication Organization to promote their physical and mental health.

According to the Public Relations of the Research Institute of Physical Education and Sport Sciences of the Ministry of Science, on Thursday, May 15, and in line with promoting a culture of health among organizational staff, the Research Institute organized a special program for the employees of the Islamic Culture and Communication Organization. The program aimed to improve physical condition and raise awareness of health indicators among the staff, receiving enthusiastic participation.

The event began with a group walk in the organization's green space, followed by staff visiting the Research Institute’s health monitoring booth on-site to benefit from body composition assessments and specialized consultations. Experts from the institute conducted various tests using laboratory equipment, including body mass index (BMI) measurement through body composition analysis and other evaluations related to general health. They also provided recommendations to improve physical well-being.

The program was warmly welcomed by the organization's employees, many of whom requested the continuation of such programs and regular health and wellness training courses.

The Research Institute of Physical Education and Sport Sciences of the Ministry of Science is committed to promoting a culture of health in society and organizations and strives to take effective steps toward improving the quality of life and physical and mental health through diverse and scientific programs.
