The specialized course on the design and prescription of corrective exercises will be held in person on the 8th and 9th of Khordad 1404 (May 29-30, 2025) at the Islamic Azad University, Maragheh Branch.

According to the Public Relations of the Research Institute of Physical Education and Sport Sciences, this course aims to familiarize participants with the assessment and diagnosis of postural abnormalities and the design of corrective exercises tailored to each abnormality. The course will be conducted by Dr. Hamed Abbasi, Associate Professor of the Sports Medicine Department at the Research Institute of Physical Education and Sport Sciences, and will include both theoretical and practical sessions over two days.

Course topics include:

Posture assessment, strength, and range of motion

Diagnosis of postural abnormalities

Principles of designing corrective exercises

Designing exercise interventions for common syndromes

Participants will receive a valid bilingual certificate from the Research Institute of Physical Education and Sport Sciences upon completion.
