Overview of the Competitions:
The Student Technological Sports Olympiad will feature competitions in three main categories:

Robotic Sports

Digital and Phygital Sports

Technology and Innovation in Sports

Technology and Innovation in Sports:
This category includes four competitions:

Biomechanical Analysis and Injury Assessment in Sports Activities

Design of Sports Applications

Industrial Design of Sports Products

Electronic Design of Sports Tools

Eligibility:
Students from engineering, physical education, basic sciences, and arts disciplines can participate based on their expertise.

Competition Details:
1. Biomechanical Analysis and Injury Assessment in Sports Activities:
Participants: Primarily students of physical education, biomedical engineering, mathematics, and physics, but open to all disciplines.

Day 1: Participants will analyze kinematic data (displacement, velocity, acceleration) and kinetic data (force, torque) using engineering or computational software based on provided video footage.

Day 2: Participants will analyze sports injury data using kinematic graphs or motion data, assessing the type and extent of injuries using vector analysis or engineering software.

2. Design of Sports Applications:
Participants: Students with experience in developing sports, fitness, or health-related applications.

Stage 1: Submit resumes through the Setav system for evaluation by the technical committee.

Stage 2: Participants will design and present a sports application based on a given topic within a specified timeframe.

3. Industrial Design of Sports Products:
Participants: Students familiar with industrial design, ergonomics, graphics, and mechanical design.

Stage 1: Submit resumes for evaluation.

Stage 2: Qualified teams will design a sports product based on a topic announced by the technical committee.

4. Electronic Design of Sports Tools:
Participants: Students with knowledge of analog and digital design and electronic circuit simulation.

Stage 1: Submit resumes for evaluation.

Stage 2: Participants will present their electronic designs for a sports tool based on a topic announced by the technical committee.

Additional Information:
Detailed guidelines for each competition are available for download on the Setav website.
