Joint Meeting Between Physical Education and Sports Science Research Institute and Islamic World Science Citation Center (ISC) Held to Enhance Collaboration

 According to the Public Relations Office of the Physical Education and Sports Science Research Institute, a joint meeting was held between the Physical Education and Sports Science Research Institute and the Islamic World Science Citation Center (ISC) to explore opportunities for collaboration in scientific, educational, research, and technological fields. The meeting was hosted by the Research Institute and attended by Dr. Zahra Salman, President of the Institute, and Dr. Seyed Ahmad Fazelzadeh, President of ISC, along with several officials from both organizations.

Key Discussions:
During the meeting, Dr. Fazelzadeh provided a comprehensive overview of ISC's mission, objectives, and performance. He highlighted the criteria and indicators used for ranking universities, research institutes, journals, and faculty members at both national and international levels, in line with the latest regulations and strategic documents.

Additionally, Dr. Fazelzadeh introduced several key ISC platforms, including:

NAN System (Idea and Needs System): A platform for identifying and addressing research and innovation needs.

DANA System (Elite and Future Makers System): A system for recognizing and connecting with academic and scientific elites.

Scientific, Technological, and Innovation Excellence System: A platform for identifying top performers in science, technology, and innovation.

Recognition of the Research Institute:
It is worth noting that the Physical Education and Sports Science Research Institute achieved first place in the 2022 ranking of governmental research institutes in the fields of Humanities, Social Sciences, and Arts, conducted by ISC.
