Memorandum of Understanding Signed Between Physical Education and Sports Science Research Institute and PendarYar Payadar Company

A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between the *Physical Education and Sports Science Research Institute* and *PendarYar Payadar Company* (active in the fields of human resources, sports talent identification, career development, and more) to collaborate on the commercialization of innovative sports products and services. The agreement was signed by Dr. Zahra Salman, President of the Research Institute, and Mr. Mohammad Ghadi, CEO of PendarYar Payadar Company. Dr. Behnam Naghipour, Acting Head of the Technology Department at the Research Institute, was also present at the signing ceremony.  

### Objectives of the MoU:  
The collaboration aims to:  
1. Commercialize Innovative Sports Products and Services: Through joint research programs, projects, and contracts.  
2. Enhance Collaboration: Foster partnerships in areas such as talent identification, human resource development, and career advancement in sports.  
3. Promote Innovation: Support the development and implementation of cutting-edge solutions in the sports sector.
