SSRII has announced a Sports Biomechanics Laboratory Assistantship Course, set to take place on March 9-10, 2025. The 16-hour, hands-on training program will be conducted in person at the institute’s laboratories, with limited capacity for participants.

The course will cover key topics such as motion analysis, electromyography (EMG), foot pressure analysis (Pedar Insole), and force plate assessment. Participants who successfully pass the final exam will have the opportunity to collaborate as assistant researchers on the “Biomechanical Analysis and Evaluation of Footwear” research project, led by Dr. Ali Sharifnejad, a faculty member at the institute and course director.

Upon completion, all attendees will receive an official certificate of participation from the Sports Science Research Institute of the Ministry of Science. Additionally, those selected as assistant researchers will be awarded a research assistant certificate upon project completion, subject to approval by the project supervisor.
