Strategic Meeting Held at SSRII

The Public Relations Office of SSRII reported that a strategic meeting was held with the participation of Dr. Fariba Mohammadi, Acting Director of SSRII, and its staff.

Dr. Mohammadi began her remarks by referencing a Quranic verse from Surah Al-Isra: “And say, ‘My Lord, cause me to enter a sound entrance and to exit a sound exit and grant me from Yourself a supporting authority.’”

She prayed for divine guidance in serving SSRII with integrity and accountability.

Current Challenges and Plans for Growth During the meeting, Dr. Mohammadi presented a comprehensive report on the Institute’s current state, with a particular focus on human resources, financial challenges, and budget deficits.

She outlined her plans to address these issues and foster the Institute’s growth in the coming years.

Employee Contributions and Key Initiatives The staff were invited to share the challenges they face in their respective roles and to propose solutions for improvement.
